Coeur d'Alene, ID


Coeur d'Alene's building landscape is a mix: tight, established neighborhoods near the lake and downtown where an extensive remodel or thoughtful addition usually makes more sense than a teardown, and newer pockets on the city's edges where a custom build has more room to work with.

We've built and remodeled across both. In older, in-town neighborhoods, that often means navigating narrow lots, mature-tree preservation, and setback rules while still delivering the scope our clients want. On the newer side of town, it means a straightforward custom build with full subcontractor management from site work forward.

Post Falls has been one of the fastest-growing cities in the region for years — a steady mix of new subdivision lots and established neighborhoods needing a serious update. Given how much new development is happening here, it's one of the areas where our subdivision planning service comes up most often.

Hayden, ID


Hayden's mix of in-town lots and acreage around Hayden Lake makes it one of our most varied service areas. Lake-adjacent properties come with their own considerations — septic and well systems, setbacks, and access — that we factor into the site assessment early.

Dalton Gardens, ID


Dalton Gardens is known for its large lots, mature trees, and a community that's protective of both. Most of our work here is extensive remodels and carefully sited additions rather than ground-up teardowns.

Rathdrum, ID


Rathdrum sits on the Rathdrum Prairie — flatter, open ground that's made it one of the region's most active areas for both new subdivision development and custom acreage builds. Many properties are on private well and septic, which we plan around from day one.

Athol, ID


Athol and the corridor toward Silver Mountain and Farragut State Park draw people who want more land, more privacy, and often a second or recreational home built to handle real North Idaho weather.

Spirit Lake's mix of year-round homes and lake cabins means we see everything from full custom builds to extensive remodels that turn a seasonal cabin into a home that works in every season.

Sandpoint, ID


Sandpoint is one of our farthest-reaching service areas, and we plan material staging and scheduling accordingly — but the standard of work and the transparency you get into the budget doesn't change one bit from anywhere else we build. Lake Pend Oreille-area properties here often carry the same lakefront and access considerations we plan for around Hayden and Spirit Lake.
